Maltodextrin, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), (Whey Protein Concentrate [Milk], Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin), Dextrose, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (Chocolate Variations Only), Natural Flavor, Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum), Colorant (Beetroot Red [Strawberry Variations Only]), (Beta-Carotene [Banana Variations Only]), Sea Salt (Sodium Chloride), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sweeteners (Steviol Glycosides, Thaumatin).

Mix 3 scoops of MASS protein powder into a shaker with 450ml of cold water (or 600ml of skim milk) and shake for 15-20 seconds to release the aroma of natural gourmet flavors. Consume immediately. Do not leave mixed shake to stand for long or leave in a warm environment. To adjust consistency and taste, vary the amount of water (or skim milk) or add more protein powder. TIP: adding ice cubes and blending can improve the consistency of your shake. DAILY RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION: 1-3 servings as part of a balanced diet with regular exercise.
