Mix a full rounded scoop of FUSE protein powder into a shaker with 150ml of cold water (or 200ml of skim milk) and shake for 10-15 seconds to release the aroma of natural gourmet flavors. Consume immediately. Do not leave mixed shake to stand for long or leave in a warm environment. To adjust consistency and taste, vary the amount of water (or skim milk) or add more protein powder. TIP: adding ice cubes and blending can improve the consistency of your shake. DAILY RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION: 2-3 servings as part of a balanced diet and regular exercise.
